Historic Boyle Stadium
The home of Black Knight football for more than 70 years, historic Boyle Stadium stands as a symbol of the great athletic tradition at Stamford High School.
Home to twenty state championship football teams in Stamford's history, it also serves as the host site for Black Knight Field Hockey and Lacrosse.
With a capacity exceeding 5,000, Boyle Stadium is the site of the FCIAC Conference Championship each November and has also seen numerous Field Hockey and Lacrosse playoff and championships played on its synthetic astroturf surface.
In 2002, Boyle underwent a dramatic renovation which upgraded the facility to one of the finest in the state.
