The Black Knights welcomed the addition of Mark Thomas in 2004. Coach Thomas directs the the Black Knights' running backs.

Coach Thomas made an immediate impact upon his arrival at Stamford High, overseeing the development of Chris Patterson (Nichols College) and, most recently, Desmond Hinds (Iona).

Coach Thomas Upon his arrival, Thomas brought more than 10 years of coaching experience to the staff. Prior to SHS he served as an assistant at KLHT (Stamford).

Through the years, Thomas has coached every position in the game.

Coach Thomas received his B.A. from Central Connecticut State University, where he also played football.
