SHS PLAYER'S RECOGNIZED AT MANGINI'S HARTFORD CAMP

HARTFORD - SHS Players and Coaches participated in the Annual CFM Foundation Football Fundamentals Mini-Camp in Hartford.
Rising Senior Renard Desir was recognized by Cleveland Browns Head Coach, Eric Mangini, as one of the top 10 peroformers at the camp and recieved an MVP Award.
Rising Junior Mark Seward was also nominated for MVP honors.
In total, 760 boys took part in the camp. Stamford High was represented by 35 players and also received special recognition for outstanding participation by Assistant Camp Coordinator Hank Brown.
Coach Ryan Brandon and Coach Bryan Hocter also took part, working as coaches for the day.
The two coaches also met in the 7-on-7 finals, where Coach Brandon's squad out performed Coach Hoc's boys to win the Championship.
Hoc accused Brandon of cheating, and Coach Brandon offered no denial...
